Your name, business name, email, optional phone number, selling platform, monthly order volume, product details and calculator settings. We also record when the enquiry was submitted and your consent.

How it is used

The warehouse team uses these details to review your requirements, prepare a quotation and respond to you. Submitting a form does not book storage, commit you to a service or subscribe you to marketing.

Where enquiries are kept

Enquiries are saved as private files on the server running this website. They are not made available through a public enquiry-reading page or API. The team needs to review them directly; automatic email alerts are not currently configured.

Questions or changes

Call 0161 327 1366 or use the enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion of an earlier enquiry. Include your reference and the email you originally used so the team can identify it.
