Send an enquiry with your product sizes, weights, stock quantities and order volume. We agree the handling, storage and courier setup before you send any goods to Manchester.
What happens after the two free storage months?
The free period starts when your stock arrives. After two months, storage is agreed around the space your stock occupies and how often it moves. Receiving and dispatch charges are separate throughout.
Can you handle tiles, bathroom products or fragile stock?
These products need an individual handling and delivery plan. Tell us the dimensions, weights, packaging and number of boxes. Fragile, oversized, multi-box and heavy products are quoted separately before acceptance.
Do I need a particular selling platform?
You can sell through your own website or marketplaces. We agree how orders are shared, such as CSV exports or another suitable workflow. Automated integrations are scoped during onboarding rather than assumed to be included.
Are courier delivery times guaranteed?
The 24-hour and 48-hour labels describe the proposed carrier service. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, destination, parcel acceptance and collection schedule. Courier prices and eligibility are confirmed in your quote.
What is included in the displayed prices?
Pick-and-pack prices cover standard handling of suitably packed ecommerce items. Receiving, scanning, packing materials, special work and courier labels are separate where applicable. VAT, if applicable, is additional. The calculator is a guide, not a booking or final quotation.
